Application method

Mix 2 scoops with 15 oz of water and shake for as long as needed (usually 30-60s) till fully dissolved.
Drink before, or during training. For best results take another serving immediately after training, or any other time of the day on empty stomach. Using very cold water can hinder solubility and cause foaming. Do not exceed stated dose!
