The Customer Service Office is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 and on Saturdays from 10-16.

ONLINE SHOP
1. In how many days will the products ordered today reach me?
Orders for products available in the warehouse (on the product page, click the "check availability in stores" button and see if the product is available in the warehouse), submitted by 12:00 on business days we ship the same day. Orders placed on non-working days (Saturday - Sunday, public holidays) are sent on the first business day following the day on which the order was placed.
2. How much does delivery cost?
Personal pickup: for free!

4. Is there a possibility of personal pickup in Strefa Mocy shops?
Personal collection of telephone and online orders is possible in all our stationary stores. Check store addresses and opening hours here. If you choose personal collection, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone that the products are ready for collection.
5. After what time will my transfer be credited?
We book transfers the fastest through the tpay.com system, usually a few minutes.
Traditional transfers are booked (depending on the bank) from 1 hour to 3 business days.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
1. In how many days can I return products purchased in the Strefa mocy?
Products purchased in the Strefa mocy, both stationary and online, can be returned within 30 days (in the case of a receipt) or within 14 days (in the case of an invoice) from the date of purchase.
2. What do I need to prepare to make a refund?
To make a refund, prepare:
product / products you intend to return
proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt, VAT invoice or your Strefa mocy Club card, if the purchase was registered using it)
completed return form (download here).
3. In what form is the refund processed?
A return in a stationary store is always carried out in cash. In the online store - by transfer.
4. Will my return be always approved?
The Strefa Moc employee may not accept a refund if you have opened the returned product. The product with external signs of use, such as dirt, scratches, dents may also not be returned. The decision to accept such an article is made by an employee in Strefa Mocy shop.

5. What do I need to prepare to make a complaint?
To make a complaint, prepare:
product / products that you advertise
proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt, VAT invoice or your Strefa mocy Club card, if the purchase was registered using it)

3. What requirements should be met for www.strefamocy.pl and all its content to be displayed correctly?
The strefamocy.pl website is optimized for correct display in Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Safari browsers.
4. What is the "Suple na telefon" service?
"Suple na telefon" is a service of selling products by telephone.
All you need to do is call (+48) 500 367 700. Prepare a list of products that interest you. You can enter article numbers individually. You can also save the entire shopping list on your account at strefamocy.pl, which we will use when creating your order. After completing the conversation, you'll receive a payment link to your email address.
The delivery cost is calculated according to the same price list that applies in the store.
5. Do you ship abroad?
Yes, if you are interested in shipping abroad, call our Customer Service Office (+48) 500 367 700, or write an e-mail to sklep@strefamocy.pl to learn more.
6. Can I change an order previously placed?
Yes, if the order has not been completed yet. To make changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service Center (+48) 500 367 700 as soon as possible.
7. My package is damaged, what should I do?
In this situation, please:
do not pick up the package
write down a "damage report"
photograph a damaged package
immediately notify us by phone (+48) 500 367 700 or by e-mail (sklep@strefamocy.pl) and send us photos of the above ways

PURCHASE IN Strefa mocy
1.What payment methods are accepted in strefa mocy stores?
We accept the following payment methods in Strefa Mocy stores:
• cash - in Polish zlotys
• payment cards: VISA, MAESTRO, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CHINA UNION PAY, DINERS CLUB, DISCOVER
• Strefa Mocy gift cards (available in our stores)
2. How can I get a duplicate invoice?
You can receive a duplicate invoice when you visit a stationary Strefa Mocy store or by writing an e-mail to invoice@strefamocy.pl. To issue the document, we will need the following data:
• Date of purchase
• The amount for which the invoice was issued
• Company tax identification number
• Optional invoice number
3. Can I make a reservation for the product?
It is possible. You can reserve the product:
by phone, by calling the selected store (phone numbers are available in the "Our Shops" tab)
in person (coming to the store and asking for reservations if the product is available or to download the product from another store, if it is not available in the store, but available in other stores belonging to Pro Power Sp. J.)
4. Where can I check the availability of products?
You can check the availability of products by going to the subpage of a given product (by clicking on the product) and then clicking the "Check availability in stores" button.

At your disposal is the Team Strefa mocy, which will help in the correct completion of the form. It is necessary to indicate the following data in the form: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone, city, correspondence address (street, house number / premises, zip code). After submitting the completed form, the Customer receives an activation link to the e-mail address provided by him, the click of which will confirm the registration in the system and participation in the Program.
6. Where can I buy a gift card?
A gift card worth PLN 100 can be purchased only in Strefa Mocy stationary stores.
