We strive to keep your personal data up to date. You can request access to your personal data and correct incorrect data. You have the right to receive a copy of the data processed. You can also request the removal of personal data and an account in the online store www.strefamocy.pl. Strefa Mocy will promptly respond to requests in accordance with applicable law. When can we not delete your personal data despite requests? If the applicable law obliges us to store specific data for a longer period of time for archiving, warranty and accounting purposes, as well as for example for the purpose of pursuing claims. You have the right to request the Administrator to immediately delete your personal data, and the Administrator is obliged to delete personal data without undue delay (subject to exceptions provided for by law), if one of the following circumstances occurs:
personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;

you have withdrawn the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;

personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation provided for in Union or Member State law to which the Controller is subject;

personal data was collected in connection with offering information society services directly to a child, based on the consent of the child or his parent (guardian).

3. The User has the right to request the Administrator to limit processing in

following cases:

when the User questions the correctness of personal data - for a period enabling the Administrator to check the correctness of this data;

when the processing is unlawful and the User objects to the deletion of personal data, demanding instead the restriction of their use;

when the Administrator no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but they are needed by the User to determine, assert or defend claims;

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing at any time, and we have the obligation to consider such objection.

Who do we share your personal data with?
The recipients of the User's personal data may be:
Employees, contractors, subcontractors and other persons employed or cooperating with the Administrator;

Accounting offices cooperating with the Administrator;

How long do we store your personal data?
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of data processing, i.e. by:

communication period, including in particular the period necessary to provide the User with all the information requested;

period of marketing activity by the Administrator;

the period necessary for the proper performance of the contracts concluded with you;

the period necessary to make tax settlements regarding the User and the period required by law for storing documentation related to tax settlements;

the legal retention period for accounting records;

the period necessary for the recovery of the Administrator's receivables.

The administrator may process the data contained in cookies when visitors use the Online Store website for the following purposes:

identification of Service Users as logged in to the Online Store and showing that they are logged in;

remembering Products added to the basket to place an Order;

remembering data from completed Order Forms, surveys or login data to the Online Store;

adapting the content of the Online Store website to the individual preferences of the Service Recipient (e.g. regarding colors, font size, page layout) and optimizing the use of Online Store pages;
