REFUND (Withdrawal from contract)


1. Pack the products and complete the form


The completed return form with the proof of purchase pinned (receipt or invoice) attach to the package with returned products. Check carefully that all data is correct.

2. Send products - you have up to 30 days!

Refund processing time is a maximum of 7 business days from the date of receipt of the shipment. However, we try to process the refund faster if possible.

The cost of returning the returned product is borne by the buyer. After accepting the package, you will receive an e-mail or SMS notification from us.

3. Wait for the refund


The refund will be made within 14 days of the positive acceptance of the refund. In the case of payment methods: PayU, traditional transfer and PayPal - to the account number from which the payment for the order was made. In the case of payment by traditional transfer or on delivery - to the account number indicated on the form.

You will receive an email or SMS notification from us when the funds have been sent to your account.

2. Send products


Send us a package with advertised products to the following address:

The cost of returning the product being claimed shall be borne by the seller if the complaint is accepted and the buyer if the complaint is considered negative. After accepting the package, you will receive an e-mail or SMS notification from us.

Our consultants will give you instructions on how to send back the advertised articles.

3. Wait for the refund
