SCITEC Crea Star 540g is a supplement containing a creatine stack enriched with magnesium, taurine, glutamine, niacin. This product has a positive effect on regeneration, endurance and efficiency.
Creatine
It is an organic chemical compound made of guanidine and acetic acid. It occurs mainly in muscles and tendons, its synthesis takes place during metabolism. It turns into phosphocreatine through phosphorylation with the enzyme creatine kinase. Creatine is needed to store and release energy necessary for many processes, including the synthesis of muscle proteins. Creatine works anabolic by stimulating the synthesis of muscle proteins.
Taurine
