B4 ACTIVITY porridge is based on selected cereals (eg oatmeal, buckwheat porridge, corn porridge, rice flour) in combination with easily digestible protein in the form of whey protein isolate. To increase the functionality is also enhanced with a special, gradually releasing carbohydrate isomaltulose (Palatinose ™), which will be a useful source of energy during physical activity. Another important component is lecithin, which is a rich source of phospholipids. Lecithin is necessary for cell protection because is a part of all cellular membranes. It supports the activity of cardiovascular system, helps the body to resist stress and improves attention. Lecithin also reduces blood cholesterol level.
