Zinc is a mineral that is involved in thousands of bodily functions and this is the only metal, which appears in all enzyme classes. Application method
For adults, take 1 tablet a day, preferably with a meal. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
