NUTREND Carbosnack 55 g is an energy gel for use during exercise. It is in the form of a convenient tube with a screw cap to enable multiple use.
Increases exercise capacity
Carbosnack is a source of fast and slowly digestible carbohydrates, glucose (simple sugar) and maltodextrin (polysaccharide). During long physical exertion, the muscle glycogen which is the body's energy reserve is depleted. The complete exhaustion of these reserves results in a significant deterioration of exercise capacity and the occurrence of significant fatigue. In order to avoid this, energy gels are used, which allow you to extend physical exertion and delay fatigue.
NUTREND Carbosnack 55 g is recommended during long training sessions or endurance competitions.
